This year the residential complex Luštica Bay (Montenegro) plans to open a marina with 176 berths for yachts, boats and speedboats, from 6 to 35 meters in length, and the opening of its first hotel in Marina Village is expected. In addition, as reported by the management company, very soon the construction of a new settlement Luštica Bay Central, planned as the administrative, commercial and main city center of the entire Lustica Bay complex will begin.

"Lustica Development is implementing a large-scale project of a multi-functional residential complex Lustica Bay on the territory of about seven million square meters (!!!), located on the Tivat part of the peninsula of Lustica in Montenegro.Lustica Bay will include: seven hotels, two marinas, world-class moorings with docks for 226 ships, various real estate facilities, a professional golf course, many shops, cafes and restaurants, sports facilities, several schools, medical facilities and other facilities, necessary for the life of the whole city, "was announced by representatives of Luštica Development.

"The port of Lustica Bay was designed in the style of traditional Montenegrin settlements along the Adriatic coast, and will undoubtedly become the main coordinating center both in the settlement and in the entire bay," the statement said. This port, serving as an object for maritime tourism and international transportation, will offer options for short and long-term berths. There will also be a sports club on the territory of the pier, a 24-hour multi-lingual team support, a service center offering repairs and maintenance of sea vessels, a yacht club and crew rest areas, 24-hour security and video surveillance, Wi-Fi Internet access and the necessary infrastructure for supplying water, fuel and electricity.

Let's remind that Lustica Bay is an elite resort residential complex consisting of various apartments, villas and townhouses located in Montenegro on the Adriatic coast, on the peninsula of Lustica, twenty minutes by car to the center of the city of Tivat and in fifteen minutes from the airport. Currently, three major projects are being implemented in Montenegro: Porto Montenegro, Luštica Bay and Portonovi. All of them are in the northern part of the coast of the country and only a few kilometers from each other.
