Ski resort Zabljak: it was the most successful winter in the last ten years!

For the Savin Kuk Ski resort (Zabljak), which is located in the north of Montenegro in the Durmitor National Park near the town of Zabljak, this winter was the most successful in the last ten years.
According to representatives of the management company, this season they had 118 truly winter, snow-covered and favorable for skiing, snowboarding, sledging and snowmobiling days, which became an absolute record for the last ten years of the ski resort Savin Cook. In addition, it is worth noting that during this time, more than 13 000 ski passes have been sold, giving the right to climb the various ski slopes of the winter resort of Zabljak.
Director of the ski center, Milutin Tomic, told Radio Montenegro that, among other things, favorable weather conditions also contributed to a successful winter season.
"During the whole winter season 2017-2018, we had enough snow on the slopes of the ski resort of Savin Kuk, and we successfully organized five international competitions in alpine skiing, which were attended by athletes and guests from all over the world. visitors of the ski resort of Zabljak were from the countries of the Balkan region: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, "M. Tomic said.
At the moment, the Savin Cook ski resort is preparing for the summer season, and it will be open to visitors no later than mid-May. In the summer, the cost of services will remain at the level of last year, so a funicular ride with a panoramic view of the mountain slope for adults will be seven euros, and for children four. Prices for tickets to the Adventure Park will be from 5 to 7 euros, depending on the age of visitors.
According to the information provided by the administration of the ski center, the Directorate of Public Works in the next few days will begin repairing the road and also building a new section of the highway from Stepovic's house to the Ski Resort Savin Kuk. They also announced the reconstruction and expansion of the car park.
