The first taxi for disabled people appeared in Montenegro

The taxis in the city of Herceg-Novi received a special car intended for the carriage of people with disabilities. It is worth noting that this is the first of its kind taxi in Montenegro.
This is a Citroen Berlingo (pickup) car, which is equipped with a special loading platform (ramp) for the entry and recovery of wheelchair users, as well as modified places, which makes it affordable and comfortable for people who do not have the opportunity to move around in ordinary taxis.
The taxi company director, Dejan Radulovic, told Jadran radio that the cost of the car is close to 30,000 euros. "This vehicle yesterday participated in several free test drives, and from now on the car officially joined the taxi fleet of our company," he added. According to him, the price of a trip on this car will be the same as on a regular taxi, and the way of booking will remain the same.
Within the next ten days, the company expects one more vehicle, which will operate on the streets of the city of Herceg Novi.
