Today, on the International Day of Mother Earth, the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro, responsible for environmental protection, once again called upon all citizens of the country to take responsibility for the environment in a responsible way, thereby contributing to the global struggle for our planet.
International Earth Day is an important day for all the inhabitants of the planet, which reminds us that the constant pollution and destruction of our green planet threatens our existence, as well as the future of our generations. The main purpose of celebrating this important date throughout the world is to further highlight the dangers of human life that threaten the environment, as well as the terrible consequences of people's irresponsible attitude to the environment in which they live. In addition, International Earth Day should draw the attention of the entire world community to the growing problem of increased energy consumption, global warming and climate change, and calls on all people to think about preserving, protecting and multiplying the beauty of our planet.
Montenegro also contributes to the preservation of the planet Earth.
