Children's carnival procession in Budva

Today, the 16th International Festival - Carnival May Evenings, which took place this week in the popular resort town of Budva, ends with the Children's Carnival Parade and the concert of the musical ensemble "Children's Choir D-mol" ("Dječiji hor D-mol").
The carnival procession will be attended by about 700 children from around the world who, just like adults a few days ago, will walk through the streets of Budva in bright and interesting fancy dresses, and will perform their numbers in front of the audience in the square near the walls of the Old City Budva.
Yesterday evening a concert of urban musicians took place in the square near the Old Town of Budva, which performed popular musical compositions in various genres: rock, disco, jazz, Latin American pop music and other directions. As the participant of this musical group, Marko Markovic, said, the orchestra participated in the festival in previous years, but mostly only within the framework of the carnival procession. "In the same year, with the support of the Tourist Organization of Budva, we performed on the main stage near the Old Town," Marko Markovich noted.
It should be noted that all the events that take place within the framework of the XVI International Festival - Carnival May Evenings, are organized by the Tourist Organization of Budva, the municipality of Budva, the NGO Festaduni in cooperation with the Cultural Center "Old Budva" ("Stara Budva") and the hotel "Mažestik".
