The beginning of a new summer tourist season this year in Montenegro was more successful than last year, reported the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro. In addition, in the coming summer months, travel companies and private entrepreneurs have prepared an extensive cultural program consisting of quite interesting and varied events, as well as all kinds of entertainment services and offers for residents and guests of the country, which also give grounds to assume that 2018 in Montenegro expected as a record tourist season.
During the past May holidays, Montenegro was visited by a huge number of travelers from all over the world, which exceeded all expectations of travel companies and local companies providing various services.
Representatives of the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro stated that the Montenegrin beaches and many places for resting adults and children are already open and ready to receive guests, and the organization of all kinds of sports and cultural events, music festivals, national holidays, congresses, exhibitions and fairs in the coming months will improve and make a difference in the summer tourist season of Montenegro.
