New machines and equipment in Montenegrin airports

This week, at Podgorica Airport and at Tivat Airport, new belt conveyors of the latest modification, worth 400,000 euros, were provided for loading and unloading luggage.
"For the Montenegrin airports Podgorica and Tivat, three new lifts have been purchased that will ensure faster and more efficient work of employees in both airports of Montenegro.To the beginning of this week we are seeing an increase in passenger traffic by about 19%, which means that we serviced almost 70 thousand more passengers than in the first four months of the record year 2017. That is why we are actively preparing for the forthcoming tourist season, as these figures will only grow and, accordingly, we must be fully prepared for it", - said the executive director of the airports of Montenegro, Danilo Orlandić.
According to D. Orlandic, the new equipment that has already arrived to the airports, as well as what comes later, will help employees to perform their tasks more efficiently, quickly and qualitatively, and, thanks to this technique, every passenger will feel even more comfortable. In addition, Danilo Orlandich said that by the beginning of the summer season both Montenegrin airports will receive the newest ladders, and the staff will receive a new form.
