From today on in Kotor, locals and tourists are forbidden to leave mopeds / motorcycles anywhere, namely in places that are not for parking vehicles.
On the waterfront in front of the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor, in the morning, the appropriate places for motor-car parking were designated.
Drivers will now have to park their two-wheeled vehicles (mopeds, scooters, motorcycles, etc.) in a special enclosed area under the palm trees near the walls of the old city of Kotor, which, in their opinion, could be a little bigger, reports Radio Kotor.
In the Municipality of Kotor, they noted that this step was necessary because of the vast space in front of the Old City, which previously occupied numerous mopeds, motorcycles and other vehicles, often parked literally ten meters from the entrance to Kotor, thus hindering the free movement of pedestrians.
