Montenegrin media has known the value of deal on the purchase of the project "Porto Montenegro» (Porto Montenegro) held in May.
Investment Corporation of Dubai (Investment Corporation of Dubai - ICD) has acquired a complex uniting marina for superyachts, luxury residential area, 5-star hotel, a luxurious swimming pool and infrastructure company Adriatic Marinas for 210 million euros. The transaction value was much less than the amount figured in informal conversations. When buying a "Porto Montenegro" mentioned amount of EUR 800 million, which allegedly paid by investors from the United Arab Emirates. The initiator of the project and the principal owner of the complex is a Canadian billionaire Peter Munk. Among its partners, local media called a Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska,French magnate and owner of Louis Vuitton, as well as many other owners of brands such as Bernard Arnaud, Baron Jacob Rothschild and his son financier Nathaniel Rothschild.
