According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, you can travel to 110 countries with a Montenegrin passport without a visa. In addition, as reported by the State Migration Service, Montenegro is currently discussing a visa-free regime with another 14 countries.
According to various data and information that can be found on specialized sites, Montenegrin passport ranks as 48th in the rate of countries. However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that Montenegro occupies the 36th place in a peculiar rate of the freedom of a person to move around the world, depending on his citizenship. In other words, how many different states in the world can citizens of other countries visit on their passport without a visa.
As for the consular mission in other countries, Montenegro has signed agreements with Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria and Poland.
