In the resort town of Tivat (Montenegro), at the intersection of the main streets, tactile signposts and signs will be installed that will allow blind and visually impaired people to find their way around different areas of the city.

According to the contract signed by the municipality of Tivat with the company “Tehnotekstil” from Niksic, in the next 20 days, tactile signs will be installed in the city with a total cost of 5,754.76 euros. This contract provides for the creation of tactile guiding lines and tactile warning fields on special surfaces, as well as their installation on the respective pillars located at the crossroads of the city of Tivat.

These special relief surfaces will allow blind and visually impaired people to navigate the terrain better, independently move around the city of Tivat and visit various sights and public facilities designed for any purpose.
