On Sunday, October 28, at 3 o'clock in the morning, the transition to winter time will take place in Montenegro.
The summer time, which began in Montenegro on March 25, ends at the end of this week, on October 28 at 3 am.. At this time, it will be necessary to transfer the clock hands 1 hour back, i.e. from 3 hours and 00 minutes to 2 hours and 00 minutes.
It is worth noting that the winter time in Montenegro will last until March 31, 2019.

We will receive the answer to this question in the near future, when the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union decide the fate of the proposal of the European Commission, which was adopted just over a month ago, to cancel the movement of the hour hand every six months 1 hour farward or backwards, thereby making the transition to summer and winter time.
