Today, in Montenegro, the “red” (highest) level of meteo-hazard has been declared.
Heavy rains, accompanied by strong gusts of wind and thunderstorms, today will take place almost throughout Montenegro, and therefore in the central and southern parts of the country the “red” (highest) level of meteo-hazard was declared. Cessation of precipitation is expected in the second half or at the end of the day.
Meteorologists of Montenegro reported that today cloudy weather with moderate and heavy rainfall will prevail in most parts of the country, especially in the south-western and western regions. In addition, the weather service of Montenegro announced that during the day in various regions of Montenegro the bad weather will be accompanied by gusts of southern wind from moderate to strong.
“This morning the temperature will be the highest and will only decrease during the day,” the Institute of Hydrometeorology of Montenegro said.
