Caipirinha cocktail recipe
Components:
40-50 ml Cachaça
1 lime
2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
It is one of the main classic and simple usage of Cachaça. Cachaça is Brazil's national cocktail. At the beginning of the last century Caipirinha was a traditional drink of "caipira", which refers to someone from the countryside. It was imported to Europe in the beginning of the 70's and became exactly the cocktail which made Cachaça well-known. Just Cachasa Pitii could be found those days in Italy. How to cook Caipirinha cocktail
You can cook it in a shaker by shaking ingredients for some seconds and serve it in any glass similar to an old fashioned glass.
There is more accurate method of cooking Caipirinha cocktail. Cut lime into halves and extract a white vein.
Cut a half of lime into 6 pieces and put into a glass. Put sugar and crush up. Cover with crushed ice (Frappé). Put Cachaça and do not forget to mix the cocktail.
