Novakovich Cave

Cave Novakovic is in Vraneshskoy valley at a distance of 28 km from Bijelo Polje near the village Muslichi at the source of the river Vranshtitsy. The entrance is at an altitude of 903 m above sea level, the total length of the cave corridors - 605 m, level difference - 50 m. There is is always maintained a cool temperature of about 8 ° C inside. The most beautiful areas of the cave, located in the upper part - is the Lost City, Picasso, Ram and Gallery of Dada Djuric.
Through numerous crevices and channels of the underground rivers water flows constantly to the Novakovic cave. With the water comes a large number of sand, there is even a place called "sandbox" where its amount is particularly large.
Among the locals cave Novakovic is known by numerous legends and stories about how travelers, got into it, wandered for hours in its tortuous labyrinths with numerous branches, trying unsuccessfully to find a way out. However, the desire to find the supposedly hidden treasure inside the cave, always proved stronger than the fear to stay forever in its corridors.
