Botanical garden of Daniel Vincek
Botanical Garden of Daniel Vinchek (Dulovina) is located at an altitude of 1018 m. above sea level in the southern part of Kolasin. The garden is located on a hill, and its very location provides optimal conditions for the growth of 400 species of plants, most of which are endemic, and approximately 80% of which is classified as a medicinal herb.
Botanical Garden in Kolasin appeared in 1981, thanks to the efforts of an amateur botanist Daniel Vinchek. By organizing this garden, he found the best way to preserve valuable and rare plants growing in remote places. Daniel Vinchek is helped by his wife Vera in everything.
On the area of 646 square meters is created a natural environment for the growth of trees, shrubs and herbs typical to this place. Botanical Garden staff conduct scientific research, observing the plants, photographing them and thus making files on each of their ward. All plants in the botanical garden have nameplates, that make a walk through the garden more interesting and informative.
The most important exhibit of the botanical garden is considered to be a typical for the Balkan Peninsula, but not found anywhere else tree - Pinus Peuce with a 5-needle structure of branches.
Some plants have names associated not only with their native habitat, but also with famous Montenegrins, for example, a violet of King Nikola or a rose of Queen Milena. The founder of the garden also got such an honour, a plant Alchemilla vulgaris now has a name of Alchemilla Vincheka

Здравствуйте и всем доброго дня. Хочется побольше узнать о чудесах этого удивительного места. По картинкам и отзывам видно что там столько разных, красивых цветов. Видеть на картинках такие цветы это одно, а вот увидеть в живую очень хочется. Пишите побольше и добавляйте фото кто там был и мы с радостью почитаем эту информацию.

Здравствуйте. Хочется поделиться своими чудесными впечатлениями о Ботаническом саде Даниэля Винчека. Во-первых если вы не побывали там, то вы просто потеряли многое. Я был там на днях. Там столько разных, красивых цветов. Видеть на картинках такие цветы это одно, а вот увидеть в живую совсем другое. Просто какое-то восьмое чудо света. А во-вторых, какой же там все-таки воздух, не передать словами, - чистый, горный, вкусный, пахнущий настоящей природой. Люди, всем советую побывать в этом саду хоть разок.

Недавно побывали с семьей в ботаническом саду Даниэля Винченка и получили массу приятный впечатлений. Полюбовались красивыми цветами и походили по узким порожкам, будто сделанным самой природой. Еще обратили внимание на то, что воздух необычайно чистый и свежий, поэтому во время прогулки даже улучшается самочувствие и настроение. Отличное место, обязательно посетите!
