With ONE CARD TRAVEL you can accumulate points for each purchase from the partners of our program and exchange accumulated points for goods and services from our partners and prizes from our catalogue ONE CARD TRAVEL.
 To become a member of the program you should sign in on our Website or Application and get free virtual bonus card. You can get a plastic card in our office, our partners or during special promo offers, which will be announced additionally in our News.
 Points can be exchanged for goods and services of our partners, for prizes and gifts from OneCardTravel catalogue.
The quantity of charged points for each Euro is indicated separately for each partner.
 Possible problems:
•    you have not indicated or indicated invalid address of your e-mail in Personal Account (link);
•    letters about the program are moved to your Spam or Junk folder
 Personal Account on the OneCardTravel Website is available for the registered members of the program. 
In your Personal Account you can see:
1. Recommendations are special offers recommended for you
2. Profile is a place where you provide your personal information, change password and e-mail, name, or your mobile number. Pay attention, to change your mobile number, you will receive sms message with one-time code.
3. My cards section, there you can see cards numbers connected to your Profile
4. History of operations, there you can see history of operations with your credit card and quantity of accumulated points for each of them
5. Notification settings is the setting of incoming notifications (information message, advertising messages, sales and offers) via e-mail and sms.
 If you would like to change your personal information, for example to change е-mail and password, name and telephone number, please use your Personal Account or contact our call-center +382 33 473470.
 Usually points are charged within 10 days. Once this period expires and no points charged, we recommend contact our call-center

 You can block your card in your Personal Account and via telephone of our call-center +382 33 473470 or order free call-back.
  If you lost your OneCard, contact call-center via phone +382 33 473470 or order call-back:
•    find out the number of the lost card
•    block your account (Once new card is issued, the account will be unblock and accumulated points will be transferred automatically)
•    find out how to restore your card.
