One of the activities of YOUR WAY Decisions OÜ is the provision of rental services for various types of bicycles, kick scooters, run bikes, segway, roller blades (hereinafter referred to as "Sports Equipment") and other types of vehicles in Montenegro. We always have bicycles of different sizes, types and brands at our rental: men's, women's and children's, sports, walking, mountain, BMX, electric two-, three- and four-wheeled. Here, every lover of bike rides will find a suitable vehicle. General conditions for renting bicycles, kick scooters, run bikes and roller blades in Montenegro:- For the making of the conract of lease of sports equipment, you need a document proving your identity: passport or driving license (original).
- Payment of the whole rental price is made upon receipt of Sports Equipment, based on the current tariff of the company.
- Some rental companies provide a cash deposit for each type of Sports Equipment. When returning a bicycle, if the lessee has met all the terms of the lease and the operating rules, the deposit is fully refunded to the customer. Therefore, the bail is returned if the bike is delivered at the set time and in the same condition as was taken, allowing for natural wear and tear.
- Upon receipt of the Sports Equipment, the client must inspect and fix all defects, malfunctions, chips, scratches and other damages. The fact of getting sports equipment means that the lessee confirms that the inventory is in proper technical condition and is suitable for operation.
- The beginning of the rent of a bicycle, kick scooter and other means of transportation is calculated from the moment of signing the delivery-acceptance agreement.
- The customer who signed the lease contract, paid and took a bicycle, kick scooter, run bike, segway, roller blades or any other type of vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the Lessee) assumes full responsibility for its safety, agrees to reimburse any damage caused to the inventory , As well as compensate the lose of it or different parts of it.
- If the time of using the Sports Equipment is exceeded, the lessee pays the necessary amount for subsequent periods at the set prices and tariffs of the company, both for the full time (regardless of the actual usage time). There are no penalties for the delay.
- The rental period of the Sports Equipment is 1 hour. When renting a bicycle, kick scooter and other means of transportation part-time, the payment is charged as for the whole hour. For example, if the bike was taken for 2 hours, and returned after 2 hours 30 minutes, then the payment will be taken for 3 hours.
- The period of rent for the Sports Equipment is 24 hours (1 day). When renting a bicycle, kick scooter and other means of transportation for 24 hours (1 day) or several days and the delay of return is 1 hour or more, the payment is charged as for the whole day. For example, when renting a bicycle for a day if it was taken on Monday at 10:00 am, and returned on Tuesday at 12:00 pm, the payment is charged for 2 full days.
- The manager of the rental company may at any time refuse to provide Sports Equipment for rent, if the client does not meet the current requirements of the company or cannot fulfill any of the terms of the lease. Also, the rental office employee has the right to refuse from providing a bicycle to a person who has signs of a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, and also demonstrates inadequate behavior.
- The contact or additional telephone number specified during the booking must be available during the entire rental of the Sports Equipment. All claims for the quality of the provision of services will not be considered if the lessee, while using his leased vehicle, cannot be reached by the mobile phone.
- If during the operation of the Sports Equipment the lessee wants to extend the time of the lease, then they must necessarily notify us or the manager of the rental company in advance.
- The lessee is fully liable in case of theft or damage of the Sports inventory by third parties.
- The transfer of leased sports equipment to a third party is prohibited.
- The lessee shall bear full financial responsibility if, at the time of causing damage to the Sports equipment, they were in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication, and also after the use of medications contraindicated in driving a vehicle.
- Payment of fines, parking and other administrative violations are the responsibility of the lessee.
- The Sport Equipment Rental Company shall not be liable for damage caused to the life, health or appearance of the lessee or to third parties during the use of the leased vehicle. The Lessee assumes all risks and liabilities that may arise from the use of rented equipment.
- The Lessee returns the Sports Equipment in its pure form and in good working order. If the bicycle is so dirty at the return, which makes difficult to inspect it, it is cleaned at the expense of the customer.
- Sports equipment, not returned by the lessee to the rental office and not getting in touch for more than 24 hours, is considered lost. To search for a lessee and awarding damages, the rental company has the right to apply to the police for theft.

Этим летом я с семьей отдыхал в Черногории, кстати удачно). Будучи уже в самой Черногории, мы воспользовались данным сервисом и заказали как оказалось отличные велосипеды. Доброго дня! Аренда велосипедов - очень полезная услуга и особенно в Черногории. Ну сколько можно пройти пешком и что можно увидеть? Не так то и много... Машину брать - дороговато. А вот велосипед это действительно то, что надо. Возможность больше увидеть, активный отдых и ни к кому, и ни к чему не привязана. Отдыхай, наслаждайся увиденным!
