Island-hotel Sveti Stefan!

The dream of many travelers has been finally fulfilled !!! The mysterious island-hotel Saint Stefan is now open to visitors with a local guide.

The island of Sveti Stefan is a unique creation of nature and human, which annually attracts millions of tourists from all over the world. A small island, built up by ancient houses with bright tiled roofs and connected with the mainland by a narrow isthmus is a visiting card of Montenegro.

Sveti Stefan is also one of the most expensive hotels in the world, in which the price per room starts from two thousand euros per night. The island is quite popular among wealthy tourists, politicians, actors, singers, artists, athletes and other celebrities from around the world. At one time here rested such famous personalities as Elizabeth Taylor, Sophia Loren, Kirk Douglas and even members of the British royal family. Guests of this unique hotel are in a completely authentic atmosphere of the Middle Ages. It was the 15th century, when the tribes of Pastrovici built here the first stone houses, a small church dedicated to St. Stefan, and surrounded the island with a fortress wall. All these buildings have survived to this day.

On the mainland in front of the island there are beautiful sandy beaches that are divided into the public on the left side of the isthmus with a fairly expensive rental of sun beds (about 50 euros) and closed, on the right side, for hotel guests.

Despite the fact that the island is a closed resort, which means that those who do not rent here apartments cannot be on its territory, excursions there are nevertheless allowed. This means that we will be able to go inside and look one by one into the special world of peace, luxury and history of the legendary island!

By car, we will pick you up from your hotel and head for the island of Sveti Stefan along the Adriatic coast. On the way, you will see fascinating panoramic views, local settlements and the stunning nature of Montenegro. After a tour of the island, you will have the opportunity to take a walk in the famous park Milocer, the former residence of the Serbian ruling dynasty, admire the beautiful beach Milocer with sand of a pink hue and drink coffee in one of the local restaurants, while admiring the views of St. Stephen.

The island of St. Stephen is a hymn to luxurious rest at the Adriatic Sea in the atmosphere of the present Middle Ages, which undoubtedly is worth it, if not to get a room there, then at least once go there with an excursion and touch its history.

At your request and preliminary arrangements, a sightseeing tour around the city of Budva is possible.
